Vet Ventures was founded by Joseph Leonard, a marketing entrepreneur and former investment banking and investor relations professional.

In the early 1990's, Joe developed proprietary software for e-marketing to the venture capital and private equity markets. This software formed the basis for VCilitate.com, a web-based service "facilitating" venture capital formation for lower-middle market companies.

After divesting VCilitate in 2007, Joe adapted his software for the non-profit sector in a new endeavor he named "Non Profit Dynamics". NPD provides it's web marketing services to smaller faith-based and social service organizations, allowing them to compete more effectively in the marketplace.

Referred by a client, NPD's first veteran association website was for the MOAA chapter in Hilton Head, SC. Meeting these vets and hearing their stories motivated Joe to devote more time for military associations.

Since then, through referrals and direct marketing efforts, NPD has grown its client based to include over 50 military association websites for most service branches.

NPD has helped these organizations attract and retain members, increase support of charitable activities and generally advance their mission.

To better serve a wider range of military association clients, NPD has been rebranded as "Vet Ventures". Like NPD, Vet Ventures offers affordable, full-function websites especially designed for local, state and regional military organizations.

VetVentures also provides additional value-added services including website content maintenance, membership management, event design and marketing, sponsorship and advertising programs, and special concierge services.
