We are certainly living during an unusual and un-precedented time in our Nation’s history. I certainly hope everyone is staying safe and practicing social distancing and other recommended measures. Regarding Chapter fund raising this year - I do not have enough words in my vocabulary to ex-press my deepest appreciation to you and how you have stepped up to the plate and so generously donated to our charitable programs. We had anticipated that the pandemic would affect donations, but I am glad to report that is not the case. All our corporate donors from last year have or have promised to donate the same amount they did last year and there are even some new corporate donors for a total of $7,975. Additionally, there were several in-kind donations from both Corporate and members which were auctioned at our fund raiser. There were 21 corporate, friend, and member donations to the Ron Lord memorial fund for a total of $3,075. And lastly, you the members generously donated $23,500 in cash. There were 81 donations by 61 members (some members made multiple donations). These donated an average of $290 per member.
