SPECIAL NOTICE  CHAPTER ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

In accordance with Luke Chapter Bylaws, Members please take notice that the Chapter Annual Meeting will take place during our regular Chapter dinner and program on Thursday, 13 April 2023.  The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to provide a brief report on activities, events and accomplishments of the Chapter, announcement of dues, and to elect primary officers and directors to the Board of Directors.  Each Regular Member and Surviving Spouse Member may vote in the election.  A quorum of twenty percent (20%) of the total membership must be present for the election.  A copy of the draft minutes of the Annual Meeting in April 2022 is available on request from Mike Kramer, Secretary.  Please mark your calendars and plan to attend!
