The Luke Chapter annually presents the prestigious MOAA MEDAL/RIBBON and CERTIFICATE to junior cadets who exhibit exceptional leadership traits to JROTC units in 13 local area high schools.

As usual, the Luke Chapter will be presenting the MOAA Medal and certificate to an outstanding junior cadet in each of the thirteen units we support.

Although 2020 and 2021 JROTC Awards ceremonies were cancelled due to COVID restrictions, Luke Chapter MOAA Certificates were awarded to all cadets nominated by their Detachment Commanders and presented in private ceremonies.

In 2022, Luke Chapter resumed our presentation tradition. The attached includes the 2023-24 JROTC Detachment Commanders for each school, Luke Chapter ceremony presenters and cadet awardees.  (pdf to right >>>)
